This food truck is serving up some impressive flavors of Texas style BBQ with a modern twist. They take slow smoked meats and fuse them into culinary creations like the bacon pastrami Reuben or the ALLSTAR special brisket rangoons with strawberry sweet n sour sauce. Meta modern was the most popular restaurant @hereforthefoodfest and if you’ve ever had their double smashburger, you get it! They are always finding ways to approach their food with care. It takes a level of passion to stay a student in your craft. I truly wish more owners understood the value of that. Andy and Billy are a dream team and I’m excited to see how far they go!
