The Golden Chickens

This Peruvian restaurant just recently opened in Lincoln and it serves Pollo a La Brasa(marinated charcoal rotisserie chicken) among many other Peruvian dishes. The cuisine of Peru blends Chinese, Japanese, African, and indigenous flavors. The Lomo Saltado is remarkable! If you like spiciness, get the ají verde sauce! One of my favorite finds of the year!
